Transit Stuff
The Q will be running with reduced service every Saturday and Sunday for the rest of November. The MTA says every 10 minutes. You know better.
The late night R will be running express between Atlantic/Barclays and 36th every weekend for the rest of the month.
The N is running on the Q line from Canal to DeKalb.
The 5 will allegedly be running every 20 minutes on Saturday and Sunday. The 4, 5, and 6 are all sharing a track in Manhattan due to structural maintenance.
Election Stuff
The Mayor’s race mostly went as expected, with Zohran Mamdani winning 77% of the Boerum Hill vote, and clearing 60% in every election district except for the Gowanus Houses.
Boerum Hill also voted Yes on all six of the ballot proposals to varying degrees.
Prop 1: 54.5% in favor, only Gowanus Houses opposed.
Prop 2: 70.84% in favor, won every ED,
Prop 3: 69.19% in favor, won every ED.
Prop 4: 66.36% in favor, won every ED.
Prop 5: 89.74% in favor, won every ED.
Prop 6: 57.18% in favor, only the northern half of Gowanus Houses opposed.
